Chilli Paneer
Ingredients Paneer Oil Lemon juice Salt Pepper Chilli sauce Soy sauce Corn Flour Maida Oil Garlic Ginger Green Chillies Capsicum Spring onions Pepper Salt Soy sauce Tomato ketchup Chilli sauce |
Qty 250 grams for frying 1 lemon ½ tsp ½ tsp 1 tbsp 1 tbsp 2 tbsp 2 tbsp 1 tbsp a few cloves finely chopped 2 1 a few ½ tsp to taste 1 tbsp 1 tbsp 1 tsp |
Method:
• Marinate the Prawns with Salt, Pepper, juice of 1 lemon, Soy Sauce & Chilli Sauce. Mix thoroughly & let it sit for 30 minutes.
• Take the Corn flour & Maida. Coat all over the paneer.
• In a frying pan, heat some oil and gently drop the flour coated paneer.
• Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok.
• Add the Ginger, Garlic, Green chillies & sauté it for a minute.
• Add the Spring onions, Capsicum, & sauté it. Add Salt, Pepper, Soy sauce, Chilli sauce, Tomato ketchup & mix well. Add Diluted Corn flour & mix well. Finally add the fried Paneer & mix it well.
• Before serving, garnish it with few Spring Onions.
