Chilli fish

Ingredients                   Qty 

To make the batter 

Boneless fish             200 grams
Maida                              ¼ cup 
Corn Flour                      ¼ cup 
Chilli powder                    1 tsp 
Pepper                    as per taste 
Water                        for the batter 

To make Sauce 

Chopped garlic             1 tsp 
Oil                                   1 tbsp 
Onion                                 1
Red chilli sauce                1 tbsp 
Soy sauce                          1 tsp 
Chopped capsicum         1 cup 
Green chilli sauce           1 tbsp 
Tomato Ketchup            2 tbsp 
Chilli powder                   1 tsp 
Vinegar                             2 tsp 
Salt                               a pinch 
Water                         as per needed 
Corn flour slurry       1 tbsp 
Spring onions           to garnish 

•    First clean the fish and cut it into small pieces. 
•    In a bowl, add ¼ cup maida, ¼ cup corn flour, a pinch of salt and pepper, 1 tsp red chilli powder and mix all of these ingredients well. Keep adding some water and mix gently. 
•    Now take the fish pieces and dip them in the batter.  Deep fry the pieces until they are well cooked. Remove from flame and keep them aside. 
•    In a pan, heat some oil, add onions, garlic and capsicum. Sauté them. Now add all the sauces, water and red chilli powder and bring it to boil. Add the corn flour slurry and mix well. Finally, add the fish pieces and mix well. 
•    Before serving garnish with some tasty spring onions.
