Chilli Broccoli

Ingredients
Broccoli

Oil     
Garlic  
Ginger  
Green Chillies
Capsicum  
Spring onions

Method:

•    Marinate the mushroom with Salt, Pepper, juice of 1 lemon, Soy Sauce & Chilli Sauce. Mix thoroughly & let it sit for 30 minutes.
•    Take the Corn flour & Maida. Coat all over the broccoli.
•    In a frying pan, heat some oil and gently drop the flour coated broccoli.
•    Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok.
•     Add the Ginger, Garlic, Green chillies & sauté it for a minute.
•    Add the Spring onions, Capsicum, & sauté it. Add Salt, Pepper, Soy sauce, Chilli sauce, Tomato ketchup & mix well. Add Diluted Corn flour & mix well. Finally add the fried broccoli & mix it well.
•    Before serving, garnish it with few Spring Onions.
