Chicken Salami Pizza

1. For the pizza base, mix warm milk and water together with maida, sprinkle it with yeast, and mix it again. Keep the dough covered for 20 minutes, and then knead it further for a few minutes till it’s smooth. Cover the dough again and rest it for 45 minutes.
2. Knead the dough again for a few minutes, take a lump of it, and pat or roll it into a pizza base. Combine the tomato puree, crushed garlic, sea salt, oregano, and virgin olive oil together in a blender. Blend it well till it’s smooth and then transfer it into a clean, sterilised jar.
3. Spread the sauce on the pizza base. Then, slice onions, tomatoes, and salami into pieces and place them on the pizza base. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the pizza base, along with basil, salt, and pepper as per your taste.
4. Bake the pizza at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes. Garnish it with chilli flakes and oregano and serve it hot.
