Chicken burger

Ingredients                     Qty 

Boneless chicken         300 grams 
Ghee                              for grilling 
Burger buns                    2
Cheese slices                 1 
Tomato slices                2-3 
Onion slices                  2-3
Lettuce                             1 

To make marinate 

Chaat masala                     1 tsp 
Kashmiri chilli powder          2 tsp 
Garam masala                    1 tsp
Pepper                           as per taste 
Salt                                        ½ tsp 
Fresh cream/ curd                2 tbsp 
Lemon juice                        ½ lemon 
Water                             to make a paste 

To make spicy mayonnaise 
Schezwan paste                      4 tsp 
Mayonnaise                            ½ cup 

Method: 
•    In a mixing bowl, add chaat masala, fresh cream, garam masala, red chilli powder, pepper and lemon juice. Add some water and make a paste. 
•    Cut the chicken into small pieces. Now spread the marinate on the chicken. Allow it to marinate for about 15 minutes. 
•    Now fry the chicken piece till it turns golden brown in colour. 
•    Take another bowl, mix the mayonnaise and schezwan paste. 
•    Now take the burger buns and toast them. On one side spread the spicy mayo, place the grilled chicken, cheese slice, lettuce, tomato and onion. 
•    On the other half of the bun, spread some spicy mayo and place this burger bun onto the veggies. 
•    Serve the burger with some tomato ketchup.
