Cheddar Cheese Biscuits
As schools are all set to reopen, let your children indulge in some yummy snacks. But the heat is going to get to you while you spend some time in the kitchen, so here is a simple recipe that is easy and extremely delicious!
• 2 cups flour (maida)
• 225 grams butter
• 225 grams cheddar cheese
• ¾ tsp. chilli powder
• ½ tsp. salt
• ½ tsp. baking powder
• Cream the butter and cheese in a food processor.
• Sift flour, baking powder, and chilli powder. Add this to the cheese mixture and mix well.
• Flatten the biscuit batter with a rolling pin and use cookie cutters to cut out shapes of your choice.
• Bake on an ungreased cooking sheet at 160˚C for 25-30 minutes.
