Cauliflower                   1

Corn flour                   3 tsp

Maida                         3 tsp

Garlic paste                 ½ tsp

Eggs                                2

Chilli sauce                   1 tsp

Soy sauce                     1 tsp

Chinese salt                ½ tsp

Chilli powder               ½ tsp

Garlic                           1 clove

Curry leaves               10-15

Green chillies                10

Oil                               for frying



  • The first step is to wash fresh cauliflower and cut them into smaller pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, add some cauliflower pieces, to this add 3 tsp maida, 3 tsp corn flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, and ½ tsp Chinese salt. Mix all of these ingredients well.
  • Now in a deep frying dish, add some oil, now in this add the cauliflower mixture and fry it until it turns golden brown.
  • In another frying pan, heat some oil and fry 1 garlic clove (finely chopped), 10 green chillies, and 10-15 curry leaves. Now add the deep fried cauliflowers and sprinkle some water (for it to become soft) keep frying and turn off the flame once it is fully cooked. Serve hot
