BTS sets the Grammy stage on fire with ‘Dynamite’

Whenever the Korean Pop band BTS does something, it becomes the talk of the town. Maintaining the legacy the pop heroes have yet again taken the internet with storm and this times it’s the virtual performance of their hit single “Dynamite" at the 63rd Grammy Awards. The event took place in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The power packed performance was a pre-recorded video where all the BTS members, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were colour coordinated in blue, white, orange and mustard fashionable outfits. The gig started with the boys performing at the replica of Grammys stage and ended in a magical rooftop view of Seoul. This is what sets BTS apart from everyone else, they leave no stones unturned to set the stage on fire; be it a live concert or a virtual gig!

In a statement before their performance, the boy band said, "It's an honour to have our stage at the Grammy Awards, coupled with the nomination along with the other amazing musicians in our category. It's a significant moment for us. We owe everything to ARMY. We will keep going for our next goal."

The love that BTS and army share has always made it to the news. Something similar happened this time too. This year, the band earned their first Grammy nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. However, unfortunately they lost it to American singer-songwriter Lady Gaga and American singer Ariana Grande. Taking it to twitter the Army soon trended #BTSOurGreatestPrize and #LightItUpBTS to support the Korean boy-band and shower their love no matter what.

This year marks the third consecutive year that BTS has participated at the Grammy Awards. In 2019, they first appeared as presenters for Best R&B Album, and last year the band took the stage for "Old Town Road" alongside Lil Nas X and other performers.
