Black Raspberry ice cream

Black raspberry 
Lemon juice 
Granulated sugar 
Sweetened condensed milk
5 cups
from one lemon
¼ cup   
1 can

•    Using a food processor, make a puree using black raspberries. Now take this puree in a heating pan and cook on medium flame. To this add lemon juice, sugar and some lemon zest.  Bring mixture to boil.
•    Now transfer this liquid into a bowl and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours until it becomes chilled.
•    In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks are formed. Now, add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well. Lastly, add the black raspberry puree.
•    Transfer it into a large bowl or a loaf pan and keep it in the refrigerator for about 5-6 hours. Serve it chilled with some fresh black raspberries on top.
