Angelina Jolie made an unexpected entry at this year's Comic Con organised by Marvel. There were rumours doing rounds that she will be making an appearance in the film based on the comic series "The Eternals", however now the actress made it official at the event.
At the Comic con event, Angelina had announced that she will be acting in "The Eternals" along with Richard Madden, Kumail Nanjiani, Salma Hayek and several others. Angelina will be seen playing a powerful character Thena. While Richard will be seen as Ikaris. The storyline of this upcoming film revolves around The Eternals, who use their superhuman powers to fight against the evil deviants.
The full cast and crew of The Eternals were present at the comic con event. Marvel Studios twitter page shared the upcoming film's poster and captioned it, "Just announced in Hall H at #SDCC, Marvel Studios’ THE ETERNALS with Angelina Jolie, Richard Madden, Kumail Nanjiani, Lauren Ridloff, Brian Tyree Henry, Salma Hayek, Lia McHugh and Don Lee. Directed by Chloé Zhao. In theaters November 6, 2020".
