Spanish fashion retailer, Zara has introduced its first debut ‘click-and-collect’ store to give customers a glimpse of the future.
Zara’s new pop-up store is set up in the Westfield Stratford City and it is one of its kind to accommodate online orders. It is spread across 2,150 square foot consisting of self-checkout machines, easy payment system operated via Bluetooth and the Zara app. The store offers a wide variety of women’s and men’s wear collection. The new store also features a product recommendation system, that uses RFID technology. With the help of the new technology, customers will be able to scan the product and receive more information. Customers will be able to make payments on their mobile phone through the Zara app or the Inditex Group app, InWallet.
