The Eight Season Of “Game Of Thrones” To Air In 2019

The eighth and the final season of “Game Of Thrones”, created by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss will release in 2019. 

The drama series “Game Of Thrones” is an adaptation of the fantasy novel ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’. The story revolves around the fictional continents Westeros and Essos, and the main theme of the show runs on a series of dynastic war among families for control of Westeros, the rising threat of the supernatural others in the northernmost reaches of Westeros, and the ambition of Daenerys Targaryen, the deposed king's exiled daughter, to assume the Iron Throne. Miguel Sapochnik will be returning to direct two episodes of the final season of “Game Of Thrones”. Earlier the filmmaker has directed some of the most acclaimed episodes, ‘Hardhome,’ ‘Battle of the Bastards,’ and season six finale ‘The Winds of Winter’. According to some rumours the script for the final season has been leaked. 

The shooting for the upcoming season has begun in October and will continue until 2018. 

Eight season of “Game Of Thrones” with six episodes will be aired on HBO in 2019.
