Gooey brownie

Ingredients                 Qty 

Maida                         1 ½ cup 
Unsalted butter        ¾ cup 
Sugar (powdered)     ¾ cup 
Eggs                                 2
Dark chocolate            2 ½ cups 
Baking powder            ½ tsp 
Brown sugar                 ½ cup 
Salt                                ¼   cup 

•    The first step to make this delicious brownie is to melt dark chocolate. In a microwave container, add dark chocolate and butter. Melt it completely and allow it to cool down. 
•    Now in another container, beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the melted chocolate in this container and mix it well. 
•    In a large mixing bowl, using a sifter, sift the maida, baking powder and salt. Now add these ingredients into the chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly. 
•    Now take a baking cake tin, pour the batter and keep it in the oven (which is preheated to 180 degree Celsius) for 20- 25 minutes.  Once they are baked, serve them with vanilla ice cream.
