Chicken cheese pockets

Ingredients                          Qty 

Chicken                             100 grams 
Chopped Tomato                   1
Chopped Onion                   ½ 
Coriander leaves                 2 tbsp
Cheese                               500 gm
Red chilli powder                 ½ tsp 
Garam masala                     ½ tsp 
Pav bhaji masala                1 tsp 
Salt                                     ½ tsp 
Bread slices                   as needed 
Water                                  3 tbsp 
Corn flour                          2 tbsp 


•    Take a bowl, add 1 chopped tomato, ½ chopped onion, 50 gm cheese, 100 gm chicken, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala and ½ tsp salt. Mix all of these ingredients thoroughly. 
•    Take the bread slices and trim the edges. Roll these slices gently. 
•    Take another bowl, add 2 tbsp corn flour and 3 tbsp water. Mix it well. 
•    Place the chicken stuffing in the bread and brush the edges with corn flour mixture. Fold it well and fry them until they turn golden brown. 
•    Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or some mint chutney. 

Note: This tasty snack can be made in a pocket shape or round shape.
