Chick Pea Salad
Healthy, tasty and filling, Chick Pea Salad could be your go to dish for an evening with friends.This bowl full of nutrients has no strict recipe. All you have to do issoak and boil the chick pea as required, add your choice of veggies (we suggest to use raw vegetables for a much healthier version, however boiled ones are fine too), throw some salt to taste, and bind it with your favourite sauces!

Roast Chicken
Chicken is always the go to comfort dish for all non-vegetarians and one can never go wrong with Roast Chicken.

After you’re done washing the chicken, pat it dry. First of all, season your chicken; we add olive oil, salt and pepper. Place some rosemary, thyme and lemons in the chicken cavity, and roast it. You can add some vegetables too around the chicken, including carrots, onions and potato and some more herbs as per your choice. Now all you have to do is place the dish in the oven, set it for 200°C and wait for 30-45 minutes. Voila, your crispy and juicy chicken is ready!

Whole-Wheat Indian Bread Wrap
Whole-Wheat Indian bread or roti is something that we often make in our kitchen. To make this, take the flour and kneed it into dough. Make them into small balls and roll them into a thin, round shape. Yes, we know that’s a real challenge, but you got this! Cook it on a pan until it’s lightly browned on both sides. Now pick the vegetables you want to load your wrap with, roast them with one tablespoon of oil, and add sauces of your choice. Place this filling on the roti, wrap it up and serve hot!

Lemon Oregano Lamb Chops
Start with mixing lemon zest, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl, now add this to lamb chops, and refrigerate for an hour or so. Once marinated, fry one side of the chops in oil on a pan. This should take no more than 2-3 minutes. Now, pre-heat the oven to 400°F and then place the chops in the oven, and set it to 135°C. Leave it for 10 minutes. There you go— your Lemon Oregano Lamb Chops are ready.
