Instructions

1. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onions and garlic together. Add the blanched spinach to the pan and toss it well. Season this mixture well with salt and white pepper. Finish it with lemon juice and toss it again.

2. Once this is done, transfer it to a serving plate and top it with garlic yogurt, crispy fried onions, and chilli oil. Serve it warm for the best taste!
