Wok Fried Lobster with Garlic, Pickle, and Chilli Bean Sauce

1. First, de-shell the lobster, cut it into pieces, and wash properly. Heat a wok and add oil to it. Toss the bok choi in it and keep it aside. Add the chopped garlic and onion to the wok and toss it. Later, add the lobster pieces along with Sichuan oil and toss them till they’re cooked well.
2. Add corn flour, potato starch, cooking wine, and sesame oil to it and cook well. Finally, add oyster sauce and chilli bean paste. Once it’s done, place it on the bok choi and serve.
