Water Chestnuts, Zucchini And Mushrooms In Mustard Glaze
1. Blanch the vegetables, drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil in the wok and sauté the chopped garlic and ginger. Add chopped chillies, capsicum, mustard paste and blanched vegetables.
3. Now add stock or water and season. After it’s been cooking for a while, add corn flour to thicken it slightly, and then add the diced spring onion.
4. Finish with vinegar. Serve hot.
