Often times, a lot of us tend to ignore the fact that even men like to groom themselves before the big day. When it comes to weddings or special occasions, men are becoming more and more conscious about their skin.

4.    Healthy diet- Along with proper skincare routine, it is also essential to eat nutritious food. Incorporate fresh and healthy vegetables and fruits. Add green leafy vegetables, nuts, legumes, avacados, fatty fish, broccoli, sweet potatoes etc.
