Top four ways to get rid of Wrinkles

As you age, one of the common skin problems faced by most women are wrinkles and fine lines. Rhytides or wrinkles are nothing but folds on your skin's surface. Aging is a main factor that leads to wrinkles; however they can also appear due to dehydration, environmental exposure, and harmful toxins.  With proper precautions it is possible to delay their arrival and even avoid some of them.

Eat Nutritious food. A diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables that are loaded with all the essential mineral and vitamins help you sustain a healthy skin. Taking supplements will also help.

Protect your skin from sunlight. When your stepping out, always remember to protect wear sunscreen. Along with a good sunscreen, carry a pair of sunglasses, which protect your eyes from being exposed to harmful UV rays.

Drink plenty of water. One of the best ways to keep wrinkles at bay is drink plenty of water. You can also use hydrating body and face masks. Washing your face atleast twice is good but make sure you don't wash too often, as your skin becomes dry.

Incorporate Tomatoes in your meal. It might sound crazy, but eating tomatoes actually counteracts the effects of ageing, including wrinkles! This is especially true of cooked tomatoes, which contain the antioxidant lycopene that can neutralise the harmful molecules produced in skin exposed to the sun's ultra-violet rays.

Limit the intake of sugar. Consuming foods rich in sugar is no good for your skin. These foods lead to break down of collagen in your body and in turn make you age faster. Limiting your intake of oily foods and sugar will help your face retain its glow.

Say no to smoking! If you are having a tough time to stop smoking because you haven't found a good reason, then this is it. Smoking can be extremely dangerous not only to your health but for your skin too. Smoking makes your skin rough, and it will interfere with the blood supply, which in turn aggravates wrinkling.
