This is especially true of cooked tomatoes, which contain the antioxidant lycopene that can neutralise the harmful molecules produced in skin exposed to the sun's ultra-violet rays.
Limit the intake of sugar. Consuming foods rich in sugar is no good for your skin. These foods lead to break down of collagen in your body and in turn make you age faster. Limiting your intake of oily foods and sugar will help your face retain its glow.
Say no to smoking! If you are having a tough time to stop smoking because you haven't found a good reason, then this is it. Smoking can be extremely dangerous not only to your health but for your skin too. Smoking makes your skin rough, and it will interfere with the blood supply, which in turn aggravates wrinkling.
