How to do it: The first exercise is very simple, all you have to do is to gently tap in circular motion using your fingers around the lip area. The second exercise is as simple as the first one, in this you just have to blow kisses. The third one is just breathe in and breathe out. Make sure to breathe out through your mouth. The fourth and the last one is just giving flying kisses. Repeat these easy set of exercises on a regular basis.
