BAFTA award winner Tom Hardy will be seen in a double role in Legend. Directed by Brian Helgeland, the forthcoming film is based on the book The Profession of Violence: The Rise and Fall of the Kray Twins by John Pearson. Hardy will play the role of the infamous London underworld Kray twins -- Ronnie and Reggie.
The film will capture the rise and fall of the Kray twins; the relationship that bound them together, and their gruesome career to their downfall and imprisonment for life in 1969, read a statement.
Set in the era of gangsters and underworlds in the 1960s, the film also features Emily Browning as Francis Shea. The movie is set for release in India on October 2 by PVR Pictures. – IANS
