Tandoori Jhinga Curry Patta

Ingredients    Qty
tiger prawn       4
ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
salt   to taste
curry leaves paste  50 gm
hung curd  100 gm
garam masala powder 10 gm
roasted cumin powder  10 gm
yellow chilli powder 1 gm
chaat masala  15 gm



1.   For the first marination, add ginger garlic paste and salt to the prawns and leave them in a bowl to  marinate for 15 minutes.

2.   For the second marination, add the hung curd, curry leaves paste and spice in a bowl and add the  prawns mix to it. Mix well and leave them to marinate for an hour.

3.   After the prawns are well marinated, cook in a clay oven and serve hot.
