prawns (deveined and deshelled, with tail) 5
ginger (chopped) 25 gm
light soy sauce 15 ml
fish sauce 10 ml
spring onion (chopped) 15 ml
sesame oil 30 ml
1. Marinate the prawns with all ingredients except half the sesame oil.
2. Arrange the prawns in a basket and steam for 10 to 15 minutes. The prawns should curl, and the tails should get a red hue.
3. Serve in the basket. Sprinkle with the remaining sesame oil before serving.
