Beat the hot hot summer with a chilled glass of smoothie, a mixture of ice, fruits and ice cream. Today, we bring to you some quick directions on how to make some chilling and sweet smoothies.

Strawberry Banana smoothie:
 
One of the All-time favorites, strawberry banana smoothie is a perfect blend of tangy and sweet combination.
 
Ingredients:
2 bananas peeled and chopped
One cup of chopped strawberry
One cup milk
Few ice cubes and one tablespoon of honey
 
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, process on pulse for 20 seconds and grind the mixture into smooth consistency. Transfer the mixture into glasses and serve it with chopped almonds or chopped bananas.

Blueberry smoothie:
 
Summer season is berry season, so make the most of it.
 
Ingredients:
Half cup organic blueberries
One cup soya milk
Few ice cubes
One cup plain yogurt and one tsp vanilla extract
 
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, process on pulse for 20 seconds and grind the mixture into smooth consistency. Transfer the mixture into glasses and serve it with a scoop of ice creams and chopped nuts

Red grape smoothie:

Ingredients:
2 cups seedless grapes
One cup plain yogurt
One cup soya milk
Few ice cubes and brown sugar
 
Directions:
Rinse and chill grapes for about 30 min
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, process on pulse for 20 seconds and grind the mixture into smooth consistency. Transfer the mixture into glasses and serve it with whole grapes for an extra treat at the bottom.
