1. Wash, pat dry the chicken, and cut it into small pieces. Add the ginger-garlic paste in a bowl, along with cornflour, degi chilli powder, salt, and water, and mix it well for the marinade. Marinate the chicken pieces in it.
2. Deep fry it in oil and remove. Then, add sliced onion, bell peppers, slit green chillies, and curry leaves and toss well. Add curd, red chilli powder, and salt to it. Mix the fried chicken pieces well and serve hot.
