Instructions

1. Cut the chicken thighs into cubes and marinate them in a mixture of wine, chicken broth powder, and sesame oil. Deep-fry the cubes till they turn golden brown and set aside.

2. Heat the wok and pour chilli oil and Sichuan oil and add sliced garlic, sliced ginger, chilli bean paste, and Logoman sauce to it. Add the fried chicken and toss it; then add Guntur chilli, peanuts, cashew nuts, sesame seeds, and spring onion.

3. Pour wine and toss everything together again till it mixes well. Finally, pour the sesame oil over the chicken and serve.
