Shrimp Tostadas

Ingredients                        Qty

corn tostada shells            4
shrimp                              150 gm
guacamole                        50 gm
tomato                              50 gm
sunflower oil                      20 ml
onion                                20 gm
jalapeño                            20 gm
coriander                           10 gm
cheddar cheese                  40 gm


1.   Fry the tostadas, and apply guacamole to each shell.
2.   Sauté the shrimp with cilantro and jalapeño, and mix in chopped tomato and onion.
3.   Spoon the shrimp mixture on top of the corn shells. Cover with grated cheddar and place in the oven.
