The representatives of the Royal Air Force of the United Kingdom, Red Arrows Aerobatic team put up a colourful show right up in the skies on November 17 at the Indian Air Force Academy at Dundigal. The immensely talented fleet of nine Hawk aircrafts lit up the bright morning sky with Red, Blue, and White smoke flares. Seen cheering the performance was an enthusiastic crowd of civilian population and students from local schools, along with the Indian Air Force personnel and their families. The Red Arrows aerobatic display team, led by Squadron Leader David Montenegro has performed over 4,800 displays in 57 countries since 1965. The event was organised by the British Deputy High Commission and Andrew McAllister was seen playing the perfect host.
