One of Bollywood’s leading men Ranveer Singh has been signed on as the brand ambassador of a direct-to-home company Dish TV. Ranveer revealed in a statement that he is “extremely happy” with this association with a brand that “is as passionate about entertainment as I am.”
"My experience shooting for this campaign is pretty much summarized by their tagline - 'Dish Nahi Dishkiyaon Hai Ye' - fun, cool and entertaining. I'm excited and looking forward to everyone watching the TV commercial," said the Padmaavat actor. The actor is known for his large fan base set mostly in the youth. A new campaign for the brand, which launched on Friday, has been designed to showcase the brand in a completely new and bold avatar which signals a new phase in the brand’s life cycle. As per Anil Dua who is the Group CEO – Dish TV India Limited, “Ranveer's vivacious and energetic personality" is going to resonate well with the new brand positioning. We wish good luck to Ranveer!
