1. Finely chop the onions, green chillies, and spinach leaves, and set aside. Mix all the chopped vegetable with the red chilli powder, cooking soda, salt, corn flour, rice flour, and besan flour. Prepare semi-solid dough by adding the besan flour incrementally, without adding water.
2. Make sure that the final dough mixture has more vegetables than flour and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, then take a small portion of the dough and make roundels of them. Deep fry these in a low flame and serve it with sauce or chutney.
