Mango Lassi

Ingredients
Mango
Dates 
Yogurt
Sugar 
Cardamom powder
Milk
Fresh Coriander 
Qty

1 cup
1 1/2 cup
1/2 tbsp
a pinch
1/2 cup
to garnish

Method:
•First cut mango into pieces. Keep it aside.
•Now in a blender, add the cut mango pieces, one cup dates, 1/2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tbsp milk and blend it well.
•Now to this mixture, add 1 1/2 cup yogurt and a pinch of cardamom powder and blend it well until the puree becomes smooth.
•Now take this lassi into serving glasses and garnish with fresh coriander leaves (optional) before serving.
