Instructions

1. Take fresh murrel fish and wash it in cool water. Then, cut it into medium-sized pieces. Sauté the coconut, til, ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, and tamarind; and make a paste of it. Add this paste to a pan and simmer it on slow flame.

2. Once the gravy is done, add haldi, chilli powder, mustard seeds, salt, and cumin seeds. Then add the fish to the gravy and check the seasoning. Finally, garnish it with coriander leaves.
