After nearly 18 months since their acrimonious split, Kate Moss has 'quietly' reached a formal separation agreement with former husband Jamie Hince.
A source told ‘The Mirror’ that "They reached an agreement some time ago, and neither of them wanted to make a spectacle of this.
"Instead, they agreed things between themselves and have quietly made the split formal without going through any sort of high profile legal battle."
The model and The Kills guitarist married in 2011 but split last year after four years of marriage.
Since the split, Kate has been reportedly dating aristocrat Count Nikolai von Bismarck, though the couple’s relationship is said to be on-and-off. The pair are said to have dated for a few months but their romance has allegedly gotten serious. An insider told ‘The Sun’: "They fell in love with Greece after jetting there last month and got the ball rolling by planning the wedding while out there."
