Kalmi Kebab

chicken leg               250 gm
Amul cheese            29 gm
curd                         50 gm
bhuna besan           3 gm
ginger-garlic paste  5 gm
jeera powder           5 gm
garam masala         3 gm
oil                            3 ml
deggi mirch             5 gm
turmeric powder      3 gm
lemon juice              5 ml
kasuri methi            1 gm



1.   Mix all the ingredients except the chicken and garnish.

2.   Wash the chicken well, and let it dry. Prick it in 2-3 areas and add the mixture to the chicken. Allow it to marinate for 2-3 hours.

3.   Now place the chicken onto a drip tray and grill until golden-brown, or bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes, or cook in a tandoor.

4.   Garnish with onion rings, mint and lemon wedges. Serve hot.
