Jon Hamm and longtime partner Jennifer Westfeldt have ended their relationship.
The "Mad Men" star and his filmmaker girlfriend who starred together in 2011's "Friends with Kids," told People that they are going their separate ways. "With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history. We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible moving forward," Hamm and Westfeldt said.
Westfeldt and Hamm recently fought off break-up rumors in April, after Hamm completed a 30-day stint in rehab for alcohol addiction. Hamm's rehab stint was swiftly followed by rumors of discord between Westfeldt and Hamm, despite the fact that Hamm credited his partner as a big support during his recovery.
Hamm, 44, and Westfeldt, 45, first met in 1997 and became known as one of Hollywood’s most stalwart couples. Westfeldt wrote and produced the independent film, Kissing Jessica Stein, and wrote, produced and directed Friends with Kids, in which Hamm also starred.
