Ways to Use Amla

1. Amla Oil

•    In a pan, heat 2 tbsp coconut or olive oil
•    Add two tsps of amla powder
•    Continue heating until the oil until turns brown
•    Turn off and set aside
•    After the charred powder has settled, collect the oil in a bowl
•    Apply this oil to your hair while it’s still warm
•    Massage for 15 minutes
•    Leave it for 30 minutes
•    Wash with a mild shampoo

2. Amla and Shikakai

•    Mix 2 tbsp amla power and 2 tbsp shikakai powder with water
•    Apply this paste on your scalp
•    Leave it on for 40 minutes
•    Wash with cool water

3. Amla Powder and Egg

•    Whisk 2 eggs and add 1/2 cup amla powder
•    Stir well
•    Apply this mask to your hair and leave for 1 hour
•    Wash off
