Get Cooking:Vegetable Momos And Papdi Chaat

Delicious Tibetan street food, Vegetable Momos is a steamed dumpling made with healthy vegetables served with spicy red sauce. Papdi Chaat is another popular street food prepared with crispy Papdi and a combination of sweet, tangy and hot flavours. A chef from Radisson Blu Plaza has shared these two mouth-watering recipes.

Instructions:

  1. Knead a dough of flour and water.
  2. Make small balls of about 10 gm each.
  3. Make the filling by mixing cabbage, carrot, onion, bean curd, spring onion, garlic and salt.
  4. Roll the dough out. Wrap the filling in the sheets and fold into desired shape.
  5. Steam for seven minutes.
  6. For the sauce, boil Kashmiri chilli and tomato. Now mix it with garlic and salt. Finally blend all the ingredients together.
  7. Serve hot.

Instructions:

  1. Grind all the mint chutney items in a mixer.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and top with saunt and mint chutneys and sweet curd.
