Get Cooking: French Crepes

Bored of having boiled eggs, and omelets for breakfast, and secretly wishing if you could come up with some new recipes with eggs? Well then, we have the recipe just for you –
To make this you will need,
 
•    Eggs – 2 medium size
•    Milk – ¾ cup
•    Water – ½ cup
•    Butter (melted) – 3 tablespoon
•    Flour – 1 cup
 
How to make:
One night before- Mix all of the above ingredients into a blender, and blend them until you get a smooth batter out of it. Strain the batter through a fine mesh and allow the batter to ferment overnight.
On the day – Take a non-stick pan, and allow it to get a little warm. Melt butter on it, and once it is melted, pour the batter onto the pan, keeping the flame medium. Swirl the pan to give it the shape you wish to have, and allow it to cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the edges are crispy and light brown. Flip the batter, to allow it to cook from both the sides. Remove the pan, and fold the cooked batter in any shape, and serve hot with jam or ketchup.
