Fitalicious Gluten free, Low Carb, Keto friendly Chicken wrap

Instructions

1. Heat a pan,  add some olive or coconut oil, and sauté onion, garlic, cabbage, capsicum, green chillies, and spring onion with salt and black pepper. Move them to a plate. Mix the minced chicken, garlic, salt, chopped basil, black pepper, and paprika powder together till it’s well combined.

2. Spread the mixture and make it like a pizza base. Fry for two minutes on both sides in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat in some coconut or olive oil, keeping it soft. Once the wrap base is done, move it to a plate and spread the soft cream cheese, lettuce, and sautéed vegetables on it and roll it up.

3. Cut the wrap into two or three pieces and fry both sides for two to five minutes in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat in some coconut or olive oil until it turns golden brown. Serve hot.

Instructions

1. Mix together the minced chicken, 30 gms of shredded parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, chopped basil, black pepper, and oregano until it’s blended well. Spread the chicken mixture and make a pizza base out of it. Oil a large baking tray lined with foil, parchment paper, or a silicone reusable baking mat.

2. Put the pizza base in an oven and bake at 450 F for five minutes. Once the pizza crust is done, turn the oven down to 425 F. Put the homemade pizza sauce, remaining 30 gms of parmesan cheese, and toppings on the crust, firm enough to hold any toppings you want to use. Put it back into the oven and bake till the cheese is melted, bubbly, and turns golden.
