Disney fans were treated to a first look at Emma Watson as Belle in the live-action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast over the weekend.
During Disney’s D23 fan celebration, attendees were treated to a clip of the film, which led one twitter user to share photos of the actress seemingly in character.
Though star Emma Watson could not be there in person to greet fans as she wanted to be, she did deliver a video message telling the D23 audience how excited she was for the film. "Bringing Belle to life for me has been a complete dream come true," said the actress.
The movie will be directed by Bill Condon and it will be written by Evan Spiliotopoulos and Stephen Chbosky. It has a very notable cast lined up.
