Aunique concept, Decode Social Dining is a fun restaurant located in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. Started by two entrepreneurs--partner Shamit Ajmani and chef and partner Piyush Jain--this eatery is one that is new to the Delhi crowd. As the name suggests, you’d have to unlock some codes--essentially your taste buds to the culinary magic of delightful, modern Indian foods and modern fusion cocktails. Spread over four floors, with every floor decorated differently, the interiors are contemporary and go well with the theme of the restaurant.
The specialty of Decode Social Dining is their distinctive food, which is a blend of Indian flavours with Western touches. Some of the popular dishes here include Rajma Chawal which has been converted into an appetiser comprising of a croquette served with achaari gel and Papad tuile, the very creative Baked Idli which is a baked Idli sponge served with coconut chutney foam and a Rasam shot. Their Matar Kulcha Pate is a modern take on the famous street food. It consists of white matar made with Indian spices and converted into a pate, served with the in-house baby Maska Chilli Kulchas. The list goes on with dishes such as Quinoa Bhel, Pav Bhaji Cone, Deconstructed Dal Tadka, Stuffed Paneer Tikka served with makhani gravy, and Chicken Roulade served with cheese lababdar gravy.
This creative restaurant has an entire new world for your taste buds to experience. The bar too is stocked with plenty of fun concoctions that boast brand new flavours. Modern and fusion cocktails are infused with Indian or Asian flavours, made using natural essences for flavouring.
