1. Cut the chicken breast into one-inch thick strips. Mix the ginger paste, garlic paste, pepper powder, soy sauce, and salt in a bowl. Add lemon juice and marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture.
2. Add red chilli flakes, mixed herbs, and mix it again. Refrigerate it for half an hour or longer. Wrap the chicken strip around each olive and secure it with a toothpick. Heat a non-stick pan and place the chicken olivettis in it.
3. Cook the chicken pieces, tossing it occasionally till it is almost done. Arrange chicken olivettis in a platter and garnish with fresh parsley sprigs. Serve the dish hot.
