Quark cheese 250 gm
icing sugar 125 gm
egg yolk 1
fresh cream 250 ml
corn flour 30 gm
lemon essence 2 drops
lemon rind 1 gm
Preheat the oven to 110°C.
Cream the Quark cheese along with the icing sugar.
Add the egg, egg yolk and cream.
Once the batter looks mixed, add corn flour, lemon essence and lemon rind.
Line a baking tray with baking sheet. Pour the mixture and bake for an hour at 110°C.
