The finest fabrics meet exquisite craftsmanship in a heady array of sensuous silhouettes from saris and lehengas to shararas and anarkalis. From the glitz of gota in silver and gold to multi-hued thread embroideries in the form of aromatic Persian bouquets and the glint of traditional mirror work reinvented in European abstract art deco motifs, this collection is a smorgasbord of creativity at its finest.
THE COLLECTION AND RANGES:
An Ode to Jaipur. Silk thread embroidery in a riot of hues finds form in traditional bouquet motifs seen in the city’s architecture and art.
The silhouettes range from easy breezy, shirt dresses and boxy kurtas to romantic diaphanous shaded net sarees and gorgeously romantic ghagras with uber chic and slinky cholis.
The Mughal Jaali is the core inspiration for this range. The majesty of Peacock blues and greens and the minimalism of Black provide the palette for a dramatic, high glam collection of kurti shararas, anarkalis and saris.
NEW TEMPLE GOTA
Dravidian Temple Architecture and the timeless Temple Sari is where this line originates. Reinvented for the 21st century in a captivating geometric avatar. Divine Ghagras in organza and georgette pastels with silver and gold accents.
This exotic bloom which is the flower of Goddess Kali is the heir motif for this collection of meticulously tailored sherwanis in fruity brights offset by deliciously delicate embroidery in off white, cream and beige resham.
