Leading online retailer Amazon is expanding its reach by collaborating with a high end beauty brand Violet Grey, and the partnership will cultivate a luxury friendly reputation for the website.
Violet Grey’s top selling brands like Tom Ford, Chantecaille, Tata Harper and Hourglass will be available on Amazon for the first time. In addition to this range of beauty products, the collaboration could also add a content component since the Violet Grey also specialises in editorial features starring celebrities.
The founder and CEO of Violet Grey, Cassandra Grey said, “I cannot confirm a special relationship with Amazon apart from the fact that I have enormous respect for the company and view the platform as one of the only five distribution partners that matter for digital content producers, particularly those of us who ride or die to serve the almighty modern consumer.”
Amazon has made several changes to its style segment by launching their own line of accessories, a bridal shop and developing an AI closet assistant.
