Instructions

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes and boil it with a little turmeric powder and salt.

2. Heat two tsp of oil in a pan, then add the chopped onion and sauté it till it turns light golden. Add the chopped ginger, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, and salt and sauté it for a minute. Then add the potatoes.

3. Add lime juice and chopped coriander leaves, mix it well, and remove it from heat. Set it aside to cool. Take the bread slices, cut the sides, dip them in water, and then squeeze to remove the water.

Stuff the potato mixture into the bread slices and shape into balls. Deep fry till it turns golden brown, cut it into halves and serve hot.
