Actor Aamir Khan, who is known to experiment with his genres, roles and looks, from Lagaan, Rang De Basanti, PK, to Dangal, and Thugs Of Hindostan, the actor never fails to surprise his audience and leave them wanting more. The well-known perfectionist has revealed that he is scared about not trying something new. On his Tata Sky Acting Adda show Aamir ki Paathshala, he talked about his motto of success as well as his responsibility as a film producer.
"I don't feel fear of failing, I fear not trying. As a producer or a director, when a story grips the audience, that's when I feel, I have achieved something out of my art," he said.
Aamir revealed that having a director father meant that he was heavily influenced by him and was always left answering questions such as “How will you describe the story in one line? What's the premise of your story?" According to Aamir these questions helped him establish a base in Aamir’s life for when he is selecting movie scripts.
As an actor, Aamir said: "I don't charge a single rupee for my films. It is my responsibility to take care that the cost is recovered and the whole crew has been paid. And when this is done, I get my share in profit. This gives me a sense of responsibility, of which you all can see the results."
