Malayalam actor Dulquer Salmaan will be making his Bollywood debut with Irrfan Khan in “Karwan”, directed by Akarsh Khurana and produced by Ronnie Screwvala.
The situational comedy film revolves around the story of two individuals, who unexpectedly become friends on a month-long road trip to Ooty and Kochi. The film also features Mithila Palkar, who played the lead role in a popular web series “Girl In The City” and “Little Things”. The first look of “Karwan” is revealed and Irrfan Khan is seen wearing a kurta with a traditional jacket, while Dulquer Salmaan has been spotted wearing a simple shirt.
Dulquer Salmaan has impressed audience with his performance in films like “Bangalore Days”, Mani Ratnam’s “O Kadhal Kanmani” and “Charlie”.
On the work front, Dulquer Salmaan will also be seen in Malayalam films “Solo”, “Oru Bhayankara Kamukan”, “Sukumara Kuruppu” and a Telugu film “Mahanati”. On the other hand, Irrfan Khan will be seen in “Takadum”, Vishal Bhardwaj’s Next and “Kareeb Kareeb”.
