A summer camp for children was held at City Center last month to allow children from different parts of the city to come and enjoy their school break with a variety of activities and games. The camp was organised by City Center, along with other partners including the Rockwell International School, the British Academy, McDonalds, Max and City Plus.

About 100 children turned up for the camp, which was meant for kids between the ages of two to 15. The camp was conducted Monday through Thursday, from 1 pm to 4 pm, and activities included handwriting and drawing, mime, gymnastics and dance, arts and crafts.

The camp was organised to help children use their time constructively while allowing them to hone their recreational skills, abilities and other talents. It proved to be a great way for children to come and make some new friends too, and the perfect chance to take a break from the hot summer sun!
